Vegetable Tehri

- Basmati rice 1 cup
- Cauliflower florets 1 cup
- Carrot (diced) 2/3 cup
- Beans (1 inch chopped) 1/2 cup
- Onion (finely chopped) 1 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Green chilli 2-3 items
- Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Bay leaf 2 items
- Clove 4 items
- Cinnamon stick 2 inches
- Green cardamom 4 items
- Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
- Water 2 cups

Take basmati rice in a bowl with sufficient water and soak it for half-hour. I used the traditional basmati rice from @heavnesharvestbasmati

Heat oil or in a frying pan.

Add cumin seeds, bay leaf, inexperienced cardamoms, cloves and cinnamon.

When the seeds begin to pop, add onions and inexperienced chilli. Fry till the onions flip translucent.
