An NYPD officer was discovered masturbating with different males in a Penn Station rest room final week, The Post has realized.
Sgt. Michael Merritt was allegedly caught within the act throughout a Sept. 3 sting operation performed by the Amtrak Police Department contained in the station, police sources stated. The operation focused a bathroom identified for lewd exercise, police sources stated.
Merritt, 41, was positioned on modified task the day he was busted, and moved to Brooklyn Criminal Court, police paperwork reveals. He was later suspended from the job, a police supply added.
