The Sky commentators, notably Martin Brundle, are filled with reward for Oscar Piastri’s first-lap stunner on his personal teammate, Lando Norris.
Not solely was it completely clear, it was completely executed.
Remember, Piastri, not like Norris and race chief Max Verstappen, is on a wholly totally different tyre technique – he’s began on the exhausting rubber.

That truly makes his overtake all of the extra spectacular.
But was it a ploy all alongside?
McLaren have simply requested Piastri to hurry up so Norris doesn’t get caught in his soiled air and fall into the clutches of Charles Leclerc in fourth. Remember: If Norris finishes fourth or worse, and Verstappen wins the race, Verstappen wins the crown.
