Longtime WaPo Columnist Karen Attiah Fired After Justifying Charlie Kirk Assassination

Karen Attiah, who has been a columnist on the far-left Washington Post for eleven years, says she was fired over the weekend for — in her phrases — “Speaking out in opposition to political violence, racial double requirements, and America’s apathy towards weapons.”

Then she says that is actually why: “[T]he Post accused my measured Bluesky posts of being ‘unacceptable,’ ‘gross misconduct,’ and of endangering the bodily security of my colleagues … which I reject as utterly false.”

Yeah, I’m going to exit on a limb and say I feel she was fired for this sequence of posts, together with a faux quote, that justified the general public execution of a 31-year-old father and husband responsible of nothing greater than desirous to debate:

Those all got here from Attiah’s verified Bluesky account, and the final submit, the one about “Black ladies would not have the mind processing energy,” is one thing made up. Charlie Kirk by no means stated that.

Here’s what he stated:

She’s dehumanizing a lifeless man as a racist and with the false declare that he “espoused violence.”

She’s dehumanizing a human being to the sneer, “white man.”

If the previous is prologue, she’ll be a featured commentator on CNN inside the week.

There is much more excellent news…

Back in April, Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs canceled Attiah’s “Race and Journalism” course after solely a few years. She says the course centered on how “socially constructed notions of race and identification form our view of worldwide relations.”

Sounds lame.

But right here’s the very best information…

Here’s the tee hee

Exactly a month in the past, Attiah was principally inspired by the Washington Post to just accept a buyout bundle. She refused. Now she’s fired. Not accepting the buyout price her 9 months’ wage.

“At that point, Attiah was weighing whether or not to take the newspaper’s voluntary departure bundle or proceed working on the publication owned by Jeff Bezos, the Status e-newsletter reported,” famous the New York Post.

“During a tense sit-down following her submit on X, Attiah selected to not take the buyout,” the New York Post reported in August.

As an amazing man as soon as stated, “The arc of the ethical universe is lengthy, however it bends towards justice.”

Imagine being too poisonous, narcissistic, and racially divisive for the Washington Post and Columbia University.

And so we add yet one more title to the fantastic and rising record of Trump 2.0 schlongings…
