A police officer has been dismissed from the power following a slew of alleged home violence offences spanning two years and a number of victims, together with costs of stalking, detaining and severely injuring a younger lady.
Max Marshall was arrested in Silverwater Correctional Centre on Wednesday after being charged with 4 counts of domestic-violence associated assault, together with one assault occasioning grievous bodily hurt, two counts of assault occasioning precise bodily hurt, one rely of assault, and one rely of reckless wounding for offences alleged to have taken place in 2023 and 2024.

All of those issues stay earlier than the courts and none have been confirmed.
He has been in custody since December 3 after allegedly assaulting a special lady at a house in Mortlake.
Marshall is accused of stalking the 21-year-old between 1am and 4am that day, earlier than assaulting her, then taking or detaining her, inflicting precise bodily hurt. The 21-year-old lady required hospitalisation for accidents to her leg and face.
He is accused of then breaking into her dwelling with the intent to stalk and intimidate her. He was arrested at 1pm. While in police custody, he was allegedly discovered to have hashish and weapons ammunition on him. He was charged with 9 offences and denied bail.
The 28-year-old was a probationary Constable within the central metropolitan area command and was off-duty on the time.
He was dismissed from NSW Police on December 5.
His recent costs referring to the alleged incidents in 2023 and 2024 have been heard in Burwood courtroom on Thursday. He didn’t apply for bail, and it was formally refused.
