Council of Europe – Signing of a global conference to acquire reparations for Ukraine (16.12.25)


On December 16 within the Hague, France, together with 34 different signatories, signed a Council of Europe conference establishing an International Claims Commission for Ukraine.

By signing this conference, France is sending a transparent message: Russia should be held accountable and pay for the damages brought on by its unlawful, unjustified conflict of aggression.
