BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 25. The open courtroom
listening to relating to the legal circumstances of residents of the Republic of
Armenia—Arayik Harutyunyan, Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit
Ishkhanyan, David Babayan, Levon Mnatsakanyan, and others—accused
of crimes towards peace and humanity, struggle crimes, together with the
preparation and conduct of an aggressive struggle, genocide, violation
of struggle legal guidelines and customs, terrorism, financing of terrorism,
forcible seizure and retention of energy, and quite a few different crimes

The trial, held on the Baku Military Court below the
