Local resident recounts moments after college capturing: ‘Haven’t heard of something like this’
Elias Christian, a Providence resident who lives simply blocks from Brown University’s Barus and Holley engineering and physics constructing, mentioned he first sensed one thing was incorrect Saturday night when he heard emergency automobiles racing towards campus.
