SoCal father dies whereas maintaining younger son afloat after kayak overturns


A 54-year-old man died whereas maintaining his younger son afloat after their kayak capsized in a state lake in Perris, the California Department of Parks and Recreation introduced on Sunday.

The father, who was not recognized by the state company, died whereas maintaining his 7-year-old son above water throughout the tragedy, which unfolded Saturday afternoon at Lake Perris State Recreation Area.
